Electronic Signature Disclosure
Draft for legal review — these policies require approval and operator contact details before public launch.
Consent to electronic records
Before electronically signing, recipients must affirmatively consent to electronic records and signatures, review the complete agreement, and intentionally submit their signature. They should retain a copy of completed records.
Access and alternatives
A current browser and internet connection are required. Recipients who do not wish to sign electronically should contact the sending law firm to request an alternative process before signing.
Document limitations
The service initially supports engagement agreements and enrollment documents, not execution of actual wills, trusts, powers of attorney, or other estate planning instruments. A signature image alone does not establish legal enforceability.
